Is it real that DSTwo Pro can support 3DS Rom ?

Saw a break news from gba forum that a new card,named supercard dstwo pro from RealSC-team will support 3ds rom, following is the original post i quotated from for sharing

It seems that this item still in development,the dstwo official didnt release any related news in the official site too,so what's your opinion toward this card ?
