Can anyone tell me how to format micro sd 16G.After format i only get 14.9G ????????.THANKS for any info.

That is correct - difference is number of bytes against how a MB is measured

same as your hard drive have a look at what label says 100 GB for example compared to its actual reading 983GB for example its how the different hardware and software translate it, same as a car engine as well 1.3 1300cc registered car might be 1289cc. it is annoying as you want 16gb as you paid for it but, your doing it right.
