Modding a DS Lite - Something's wrong

Hi, so I bought an R4 online for modding a Ds Lite -- Followed everything to the letter so I thought but can't get it to load after the warning.
I'm using R4 DS System Files OFFICIAL 1.18 (English) from Filetrip in the root of the Micro SD card; and my R4 is identical to the photos. It's a 4gb Micro SD HC card, is that the issue? I have an identical setup where the only difference is the other one is a micro sd card 2gb (non hc)

Do I need different files or a new micro sd that's not hc?
