Help needed,
I transfered some of my music on to an Micro SD Card last night. Music will play in the car audio system no problem, using the Micro SD Adapter. Music will not play on the Nintendo DS. Keep getting message that it does not have file to play it? Where can I get this file that will let me play music on the Nintendo?

Regards

Tom

1. DS or DSi?

2. Are you using a flashcart? If it's a DS, you need a flashcart to play music and the moonshell program.

3. If you have a flashcart, which one do you have.

4. Are these .mp3 files?

Some of the files are MP3 and the others are windows media audio. Is this where the problem is and is this why the Nintendo DS cant play them? I am using an R4 card that the micro adapter slots into. Still cant get the Nintendo to play the music

Create a folder on the microSD and call ir Music. Put all you files there.

When the R4 boots up choosed the MIDDLE icon. Left is for games.

After Moonshell loads, navigate to themusic folder and your music files should play.

This is in the Moonshell instructions for the R4, BTW.

You need Moonshell 2.0 (apparently) to play .wma files.

Thanks very much dailun for all your help. I'm up and running and am very happy with just .MP3 files. I have now entered another world.
