Need Help With NDS Fire Card

Hi there, i was wondering if anyone could help me, I have been trying to fix my NDS fire card for a while now and I have gotten to the stage where I get the white screen and the red text reading "USB SAFE BLOCK D12(ADDR5)" I understand that i must run the NAND_ALL.bat file to upgrade or something but when i double click on it nothing happens. there is a window that pops up for a fraction of a second with some writing in it but it dissapears too quickly for me to read, can anybody help? thanks.
