Need help with R4 3DS V6.1.0-12

I am currently on the latest update V6.1.0-12
silver tag which reads

Could anyone identify the card and [img][/img]tell me or link me to what firmware/kernal/updates that I need to download?

I have a similar problem, I have a 2-3month old 2013 R4i-SDHC 3DS RTS silver Cart,(web site http://www.r4i-sdhc.com ) running firmware v1.72b from 7/31/13 for my 3DS normal running Firmware 6.1.0-12U, and yet it won't work, see my attached pics for conformation...
