Just got myself a dsi xl and an r4i card with the i.4 stamp on.downloaded the latest r4i firm ware When i put it in the dsi xl it gives an error message.

My son is doin me head in - is it fixed yet dad every 5 mins - please help me,

hello franco i have the dsi xl and ive bought a r4i gold card but i keep getting the same error message as you did you have any joy or did you purchase the other card that donna73 suggested and if so did this work please. many thanks for your help in advance.

NOT SURE IF THE SUPERCARD I GOT WAS A DUFFER BUT IT NEVER UPDATED THE FIRMWARE SO I GOT AN ACEKARD 2i INSTEAD and that works just fine.

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP, GONNA SEND THE SUPERCARD BACK AS THE FIRMWARE WOULDN'T UPDATE JUST KEEP GETTING A RED LIGHT DESPITE CHANGING SD CARD AND DOWNLOADING THE FIRMWARE FROM DIFFERENT SITES
