OLD GIT NEEDS HELP - M3 PERFECT LITE ISSUES

Hi guys,

I recently found my old DS and dusted it down with a view to playing some old games and add some new ones.

I currently have an M3 PERFECT LITE with a pass card and a 1GB Kingston micro SD card. With the software being so old I decided I should update it, so I formated the card to FAT 16 and added Version - updategc.e35 file to the card and fired it up. This didnt work at first so after much trouble shooting and several formats later it updates. I removed the update file and installed Game manager version 36A on my PC.

Now not being an expert on adding games to the system I tried to add some GBA titles which work fine im not sure I selected the right write method ( I just selected Soft patch)but they play ok but saying that I have not tried to save any games yet so might encounter issues down the line.

When it came to DS titles I have really hit a brick wall, I recall when I first got the card back in 2006 there was a compatability list as most games had a specific method of writing them onto the card.

I cant for the life of me find this on the internet, I have come close but found the sites to be dead links. The games I have tried and failed on so far are:

Zelda the Phontom Hourglass - Double Black screen
Alien Infestation - Double Black screen
Call of Duty Black Ops - Double Black screen

Can you fine folk help an old git out and explain a few things to get these working.

I know tha my M3 Lite is an outdated piece of tech but its all I have.

I would be very greatful f you could:

1. Point me to an updated Compatibility list
2. Explain how to add GBA/DS games correctly via Game manager as all the different settings mean nothing to me x1, x4, r/w write etc etc.
3. Inform me if the above titles work with my set up and if so correct method to get them working.
