R4 Card for 3DS?

Is there an R4 card or other card that works with the 3ds yet? And I can't find any roms? Aren't there any online? I want a backup of ocarina of time which I bought. in rom form.

Nope, all the R4 or other flashcart can only perform in DS model, it means you can only play DS games on 3DS. The R4i gold from r4ids.cn is a good flashcart, also the acekard 2i is highly recommended.
