R4 Card For 3DS

Hey all just a quick question about useing R4 cards with the 3DS. I am aware that you can't play 3DS games on an R4 card. But can i play normal DS Games on 1?

If so can any 1 recomend a good R4 card and a reliable site to order from.

And is it as simple as, downloading firmware and games to card and your ready to go.

Ive never used 1 before so im kind of clueless.
