r4 card not working in nds

Hi my R4 card was working fine but now it aint if you can help me it would be great.
It works fine in another NDS but not mine it says
(TOP SCREEN)

MoonShell Ver 2,01 stable booting...
Extention memory was not found

(BOTTOM SCREEN)

Was ROM file of a correct DLDI patch started?
Please re-format the media and try again.
Please try with different media from another manufacturer.
