R4 corrupting game files

so i just bought an r4 for my ds lite and loaded up the latest firmware on a 2gig micro that ive been using for my phone for the last year. for some reason and this only happens with scribblenauts after a few launches of the game the rom gets corrupted, the save file is fine and i end up just replacing the rom, ive tried multiple versions of the rom and it keeps happening. anyone know what might be causing this?

How do you know the ROM is "corrupted"? Did you do an fc against the original or are you just assuming this because you loaded another copy and it worked?

well i know it gets corrupted because when i copy it off the sd card and use it via emulator it still wont boot, and that when i copy a the original back over it works for a while again, ive also tried other versions and i keep getting the same problem, also ive tried reinstalling the r4 firmware and it hasnt changed anything.

Did you try another microSD card?

Since the R4 doesn't write to the ROM file, I would suggest that your microSD card may be bad.

Other than that, your R4 is probably bad or you have the wrong firmware.

well i know the firmwares good cuz i just replaced it today from the site still having the same issue, and it only seems to happen with scribblenauts none of my other games, it could be the card but it works with everything else so i dont know and as for a bad r4 cart i really hope it isnt

Use another one MICRO SD
