Have just bought new r4 card. I have downloaded latest r4 software. I have formatted the 2GB card as FAT and FAT32. Every time i insert card I get a white screen with Menu? on the top screen and can go no further. Anyone got any ideas

which kinds of r4 do you have?
Please let me know the support site of the R4,
because there are more than 20 kinds of R4.

by the way, which console do you have? NDSL or DSi?

It says Wifi R4 SDHC on the card, the support site is www.r4i-sdhc.com. it is an NDSL.

Back up your files first.
Download and upzip the firmware here to the root of the MicroSD card.
Note that there are 3 kinds of firmware on their site , you should choose the right one.The link above is the without i mark .
copy the files to the MicroSD.
Enjoy .
