R4 stuck on loading

I know, I know, everyones annoyed by this problem by now, but nothing that has been written helped me with my problem, since its a bit different so here goes.
Ive got my R4 SDHC, a counterfeit, using the adress on the box, I went to their site, downloaded the kernel, got some games running, all went well for a week.
Then, after it worked perfectly the entire time and I didnt change or touch anything, it started getting stuck on the Loading screen, 100% of the time.
I bought a different micro SD card, same thing. Tried an old r4 but that just keeps saying didnt find ds_menu_sys and I cant find the right kernel for it.
Anyways, Id appreciate it if you could give me tips besides re-installing firmwares or trying different ones because I literally tried 16 of them, including the one for the original card and none change anything.
(the DS runs original games without hitch, has no other glitches)
I've tried formatting, 2gb and 8gb sd cards, changing the encryption etc.
