hey i have a problem with my R4i-SDHC 3Ds

i became the card last week as i tryed to use it it was just writen ''?menu?'' i tryd a lot of times with different kernels then i updated my 3ds to 3.0.0 and now every time if i try to us the card it's written it had a problem i should press and hold the power buttom to shut the 3ds off

pls help me i tryd a lot of things but i rly don't know what i can do cause it's my first r4 card and i never brang it to run
