Hi im not totaly new to this but ..... :P

I have updated the firmware to latest 1.7b English i downloaded Sonic & sega All stars Racing Eu Version also have tryed US version But im receiving the Load rom errcode =4 Plz Reset Systerm when loading up is there any help for this or is Nintendo Sorting out Priracy

Some help with this would be nice thx :)
And im Sorry if this has been asked already
