R4i-SDHC New Firmware V1.67b For 3DS V5.0.0-11 Released

Yesterday 3DS Firmware has been updated to V5.0.0-11, and the new firmware has blocked r4i sdhc 3ds cart, today the r4i sdhc 3ds cart official site r4i-sdhc.com has released the new firmware V1.67b to support the 3DS V5.0.0-11, if you have the r4i sdhc 3ds V4.5 or R4i sdhc 3ds rts cart. just use this firmware to update your cart and then the cart will be working on the 3DS V5.0.0-11.


Download: R4i sdhc 3ds V1.67b for 3DS V5.0.0-11

If your 3ds has been updated to the new firmware, you need to use a DS lite or DSi to update the flashcart.


R4i SDHC 3DS V1.67b changelog

R4i V1.67b Update:
1. Support upgrade for 3DS 5.0
* Only for 3DS 4.5 and 3DS RTS card.
2. Fix more games for RTS.
3. Fix some DEMO games.
*Remark: RTS, RTG features only applicable for the new card which label RTS.

I just read the news, seems that the R4i sdhc Dual core and R4isdhc RTS lite card can also be compatible to the 3DS V5.0.0-10

The r4i sdhc official site announced that that all future 3DS card will include RTS features.
that is to say r4i sdhc 3ds will stopped production, and only the r4i sdhc 3ds rts in sales.

the official said they will keep support old r4isdhc 3ds, so it's really a good action for our users who owned old r4isdhc 3ds card.
