R4i sdhc official site released the news that they have updated the firmware of R4i SDHC and R4i sdhc 3ds to V1.43b, make both of them support the DSi V1.43, you can update your card now.
About 2 days ago, they released the V1.42b firmwatr to make the R4i SDHC work on DSi V1.43

Notice:
R4i sdhc is only for DS and DSi, can not work on 3DS
