R4i SDHC card...HELP!!!!!!!!

I have purchased a R4i SDHC card with a 4GB SDHC micro card. I have spent hours trying to find the correct kernel to put on it. Can someone please help me??????
Ive used R4 cards before but this R4i cards has me beat!!!
Ive loaded a kernel I thought was right but keep getting 'Couldnt find DS MENU.SYS'
PLEASE HELP!!!!!
