Hello all.

I asked about my r4i dsill v1.4 in a previous thread, although someone kindly answered....but I couldn't get anything from it.
I have assumed it to be a 'dupe'.

Now I have purchased another r4i...this being the r4i sdhc upgrade v1.4.

Following the email address to find the software on the packaging, I downloaded it, this being the r4i best english v 1.17 which I installed...maybe im not installing it correctly!!!!
When I inserted the cartridge ...''yes'' it was found, then I get a 'loading' message on the upper screen and a blank lower screen. It doesn't open up the menu
or do anything else regardless of me pushing start buttons ect, just a hanging 'loading' message.
I downloaded and installed the updated version of r4i best english,
v1.09....its version didn't make sence.
Anyway....the same thing happens.
Can someone do the impossible and sound me out with a generalisation
of what I am doing wrong and point me in the 'right direction.
