supercard sd(slot 2) help needed please

hello everyone, my son has got his ds out of the cupboard for the first time in 2 years or more and wants some new games, he has supercard sd(slot 2), i've installed latest firmware(1.85) and am using latest software(2.71), i got a couple of games(fifa 11 and cod black ops), i run them through the software and loaded them onto the card. i turn the ds on and select the game from the list and it starts counting up the k but on these 2 games it just continues to count up and the game never loads, i remember it used to do this on the odd game before but its been a couple of years since i done any of this and i can't remember how i fix it, can anyone help please?
