I won't lie to you. I'm not one of those guys that goes crying on the internet every time someone tells me no or whenever something goes wrong but this past month has really bugged me. I used to really like techwizad.com. I've bought from them a couple of times and not had any problems. Unfortunately, it now appears abundantly clear that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. As they have no place on their site to post or read reviews of service, I think its right that anyone considering buying from this company consider my message before clicking the [BUY] button...
I ordered some items on the 7th July 2010, read through the shipping info quite carefully and placed the order. I got an auto-generated "confirmation of order" and "receipt."
A week and a day later I had heard and received nothing and was starting to get worried so on the 15th i sent them an e-mail:

Now, I'm thinking to myself their probably busy, give em another two days, I'm sure they haven't forgotten about my order. But wait! Another two days goes by without a peep and still no delivery! I'm starting to get annoyed by now. I've been waiting for my item for 12 days when by my reckoning I should only have been waiting 4 days at most (1 full day to process the order and three days for delivery by recorded mail):

Regarding order 2677-*****

Hi, I've been trying to get in touch with you over the past week regarding order 2677-*****, a Cyclo DS and a 2GB Micro SD card. It was ordered on the 7th July 2010 and has still not arrived.
All I want to know is if the item has been sent or not so that I can chase up Royal Mail.
After repeated attempts to contact you with no response and with no other way to contact you other than e-mail, I am getting to the point where I feel I need to contact sagepay and withhold or retrieve my payment. Please understand that I have been a loyal customer on previous occasions with no problems and that I do not want to do take this course of action. I am disappointed that you have not kept to the promise you make on your website that you attempt to answer all e-mails within 4 hours and at the most of 24 hours as this has been far from the truth with myself. I have sent three e-mails over the past week **[I sent an e-mail from my work as well ~ Tom]** with no response or explanation as to the whereabouts of my items.
Please, please, please contact me as if I have heard nothing from yourselves by 5pm Wednesday 21st July 2010, I will be taking further action with sagepay and my credit card company.
In an effort to be reasonable I will also be contacting my local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they have made an error on their end and not left a "While you were out" Card when attempting a delivery but I must stress that I do not think that this will be likely as I have of course paid you to send it by recorded delivery meaning it will need a signature.
If however Royal Mail has indeed made the error then please accept my apologies for my understandable vexation.
Please reply to this e-mail

I kept to my end of the deal. I went to the local sorting office and asked if they had anything for me. I was told they had nothing and if i didn't having a tracking number there was little I could do but chase up the company I had bought from. My teeth were grinding at this point.
I had lost any hope or optimism that this could be solved amicably or that techwizad would do anything to help me. I said that i would give them until that Wednesday but I realised that I had other things to do that day. So I took a final stand on the Tuesday 20th July 2010, a full 13 days of waiting for my delivery and a full six days of waiting for a response:

Good afternoon,
After repeated attempts to contact you I regret that I may have to ask for a refund.
On the 7th July 2010 I ordered a Cyclods and a 2GB micro SD card delivered by recorded mail through Royal Mail.
I have sent repeated e-mails and have had no response. Ideally I would have liked to have received an e-mail even if just to be informed that the items were on their way, that there was some sort of problem or that the item was out of stock but unfortunately nothing has been forthcoming.
I have been a previous customer of your company and until this recent transaction I have only had good things to say about techwizad.com. Unfortunately my high opinion of your business has now been tarnished by the low customer service standards that have been employed.
I find your aim to "reply to your email with 4 hours" allowing up to one working day and that you "often reply during evening and weekends" to be erroneous and misleading. Over the past 2 weeks I have sent three e-mails on the 15th, 17th and 19th of July 2010 and have not received a reply to a single one. I have thoroughly checked my spam filters.
Please try to understand this from my point of view. You have taken £44.98 from me (I have received a statement from my credit card company confirming this as well as an electronic receipt from sagepay), a price which includes postage, the item in question and a percentage for service. I have willingly pursued Royal Mail, even going to the sorting office in person to see if they had made an error. Unfortunately, the error as I know it does not lie with them.
The reality however is this. Since I have bought from you, I have had no e-mail confirming a tracking number for any items, no confirmation of postage, no item and had no assistance from you to sort this out. You have just taken my money and left me, a previously happy customer, in a very uncomfortable and stressful position.
Now, I know that your business can be very satisfactory and I truly hope that you will read this and be able to offer some assistance. I want you to call me on my home number of ******** or my mobile number ********* and tell me a) whether or not you can give me the item that I have paid for or b) that you will offer me a full refund and an apology.
As all of my previous e-mails have been bogglingly ignored, experience tells me that it is likely to happen again. You have until 5pm Friday 23rd July 2010 (a full 12 working days or 16 ordinary days that I have been waiting since ordering) to contact me.
Good day
Mr. Thomas P******

My advice to you ladies and gentleman is this: Techwizad is the cheapest. It is the most inexpensive. But they seem to be the most uncaring and for a company that trades solely over the internet, I believe that they truly need to reevaluate their priorities. Its all god when things go right, but when things go wrong, it seems its down to the customer fix Techwizad's mistakes.
Buyer beware-buy at own risk.
If anyone is interested I'll let you know how this one ends...
