Updated r4i-sdhc 3ds kernel v1.56b can support NDSi v1.44

The latest r4i-sdhc 3ds firmware v1.56b which can support NDSi v1.44 has been released

by r4i-sdhc team.

?Note:The r4i-sdhc flash cards support the NDSi v1.44 perfectly,please update the

firmware to v1.56b.?

The updated v1.56b:

1. Upgrade support NDSI 1.44.

2. Solved games:

5994 ? Ben 10 Triple Pack (EU)
5937 ? Power Rangers Samurai (EU)
5904 ? Power Rangers Samurai (US)
XXXX ? Kirby Mass Attack (KR)

After updating this latest firmware,the r4i-sdhc 3ds flashcard can work on NDSi v1.44.

Anyone get the following message

An error has occurred

Im using and DSI XL
The card is R4i V1.4 card.
I have updated the card to the new version but still get an error.
I have reformatted the card and move everything back on to the card but still no differance.

i think you didn't update your card successful.
you need a dsl to update your flash card.
just put the newest kernel into the card cannot make the card work on dsi v1.44.

My card is showing Ver1.56b in bottom left corner.
I deleted the existing software and downloaded the latest firmware and extracted it the microSd card.
The card works in a dslite but not on my DSI XL.
I have updated another card with the Akaio firmware and that works with the DSI XL,

The card is showing on the DSI XL menu screen. But when I tap it a get an error.

simple, if you have an old ds or dsl then put it in there. go to settings and click update. allow it to update the card.
there is an internal flash chip on the card that needs to be updated before the new DSI 1.4.4 firmware can accept it.

once done take it out and put it in your 1.4.4 dsi and it will work

this is why they say to update the card before updating the dsi

I tried to update the firmware but no luck. I have bought the new r4i -sdhc card.
Up and running now.

Hi I read your post and had a question would this work if I put my card in my brothers dsi then updated it and then placed it back in mine or does it have to be a DS or DSL

hi i had same problem with r4i 1.4.3 card just got blank screen i deleteted all firmware off left the games on and put R4i-3DS V1.56b English on to it all working spot on again tried it on 4 dsi xl now all fine

Actually the R4i-sdhc 3ds firmware has been updated to V1.57b, just update your card and support more games.
