What is this DS game?

I remember playing this on one of my friends DS R4's way back. It was a shooter game, I remember my friend had a pistol, a shotgun and a flash light. There was also a boss who was in a wheelchair. It was quite a dark and gloomy game, obviously placed in the horror/adventure/shooter category.

If anyone knows what game I'm talking about please let me know. Sorry I can't give a more accurate description but that is all I remember.
