A great website is dealextreme.com
They are a company in HK i believe but they ship worldwide for free (or literally 1 cent). Also, their prices are really good, i've never seen anywhere able to beat their prices. The ONLY problem is that they take forever to ship, roughly a month. However, if you are able to wait it out, then go for it.
Also, if you're gonna get something for the DSi, although I don't know too much about it, i'd recommend the m3i zero. I dunno why, but it's apparently built better in terms of how it can update. Which as we can see now, is very important since only 1 of the flashcard companies (EZ5i to be specific) are actually able to play in the most recent dsi update and most others are either completely obsolete or just don't have the current update released yet. The m3i zero can't play on the most recent dsi update, but it's not obsolete, it has the capabilities to update to play on the most recent dsi update, but it will take a little while longer for the company to make and release the update. In other words, for future purposes, the m3i zero is possibly you're best choice.

yup dealextreme.com is selling at lowest price. but delivery is slow. If you need it urgently, do not order. anyway the price is really good.

and www.depot888.com is good

Nothing is impossible.
