after i google for serveral times , i found that R4i-sdhc 3ds rts and the r4i gold 3ds almost have same capability to work with 3ds , even the price are get close ! they has same features , such as real time save , can always release the firmware to support the newest 3ds firmware (As we know that Nintendo has released a few 3ds or dsi firmware updates, everytime the new firmware has blocked some flashcarts, many cards died ).they can work great on all ds consoles, including 3ds xl, 3ds, dsi, dsi xl and ds lite. i was wondering what is the difference between them and which one is better for my 3ds , maybe someone have asked such question before , but i know it is long time ago , thing has changed , cause these two flashcart have updated for severial times .

I have got the r4i gold 3ds card and it works flawlessly. Have yet to have a problem with it since I bought it from http://www.r4flashcart.com/8-wood-r4i-g...nd-ds-lite.html half a year ago.I'd recommend this card because it has a big user base for support.
If you're going for a r4 cart, the best one around is the r4i gold 3ds from http://www.r4igold3ds.us/ It's updated quickly to support newer dsi/3ds firmwares. It is also officially supported by wood r4 firmware, which updates fairly quickly to support newer games. It's fairly cheap, too. I have recently purchased mine, and had to actually swap my first purchase which was the r4isdhc(not wood R4 compliant). I bought my r4i gold 3DS from http://www.r4depot.com/8-r4i-gold-3ds-flashcart-for-ds-lite-dsi-3ds-3ds-xl-2ds.html, it was $18 with free shipping. took 5 days to get to my place in KY. hope this helps.
r4i gold 3ds and r4i-sdhc both are great flashcards on the market, i personally think there is no big difference between them. you can just choose you like better!
