What client and does a port check show green or ok; don't use it but doesn't LW show if you're firewalled too? Use a port over 10,000. Check for your modem and switch at Port Forward if port check red or closed, even connect directly to the modem if possible: http://www.portforward.com/english/route...routerindex.htm If green, try a known good download here, 3.0 or 3.1 seem's good, let it run for 15 minute's: http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/ Is your upload capped to around 80% in both your client and LW? Not sure on Spyware Terminator but shut down its real time protection while testing thing's. Try Protocol Encryption if your client support's it, old guide but show's thing's fine: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/395674
