I?ve been using Demonoid without any problems for the past few years, now the tracker doesn't want to attach. Anyone else with this problem? Seems to be only a recent thing in the last 2 months, ... or is it just me?!?

I had no problem with it last night. A few times it was down for maintenance, but I won't be able to check on it till I get home in a few hours.

Tx, rtm37, it's my end. Traffic shaping, blocking trackers, it's all happening. Will have to research how to get around this, any ideas?!?

How long have you had this trouble, and how are you connecting to the internet.....is it thru a wireless router?

I've had trouble for about a year, and Yes, it is through a wirelss router. Could that be the problem? Seems like I had probs ever since I switched to this computer, which has been wireless for a year...
Ok, did some checking, it's an Arris TM552 modem, handles our tv cable, phone and internet. Password protected, unable to check into the settings.

Check your wireless router's settings. A few months ago, I had gotten a new wireless router, and I wasn't able to get on any torrent sites. After doing a little checking online, turns out the router had a setting to automatically block so called "unknown" sites. A few easy changes to the settings, and I was back downloading in no time.

Thanx, .. checked, easier, what if I just plugged the modem directly back into the computer for downloading? Would that stop the wireless issues?

Try it out. It you can connect, then you know that it's your wireless router that was the issue. If not.....then it might be something else.
