I can't believe Pinnacle is this bad. Had good results with previous versions.

Here are the problems.

1) will not write DL disks (Neither +R DL or -R DL) only occasionally recognizes the media correctly.
2) will not write Blue ray disks

Tried Pinnacle support but...well you know how support goes.

3) unable to link Prime/Subordinate menus. Sub menus (M2, M3....) have all the chapter links usually. The "Prev" "Next" buttons don't seem to connect to anything even when I use one of the supplied menus. The "Root" button does return control to the prime menu (M1) as expected.

The software crashes about 10 times an hour.

I am using the following hardware/Software: Windows 7 (64 bit). Have 1 GB DDR ram, intel i7 quad core 3.4 Ghz, and a Radeon Graphics card with more memory than should be necessary to feed 50 PCs. So I don't think hardware is the issue.

Pinnacle now seems to be owned by Corel who will not provide support.
