I am sure this was discussed numerous of times, but technology keeps changing, and makes things possible, and quicker.

Straightforward question: How do I convert Blu-ray iso to H.264 format? It can be any container, although .MKV is not compatable with my PS3 box.. I am looking for quickest, easiest, best picture possible.

Help!

You can make mkv's PS3 compatible by remuxing them in tsmuxer:

That being said, once you rip your Blu-ray to your HDD using Anydvd, look for the main movie file in the BDMV/STREAM folder. It will be in an m2ts container and it will be the largest one. You need to encode that file. You can use a number of tools....Ripbot, meGUI, etc.. They are free programs. Check the Blu-ray backup sticky for details.
