I'm new to the forums, what a giant ammount of knowledge and power here.
Well, I'm a little concerned, the other day I was cleaning a DVD and saw little holes trough it (like 4) it's a PS2 disc, I thought I may be age and the disc works fine...I think.
Now I was about to play Devil May Cry 4 on my PS3 and I found out that the disc has like 3 little holes similar to the PS2 disc one. I once finished the game so I think it's fine, but, is this normal? I mean, why there are this little holes in the discs.
Description of the holes: They are like a pixel size in 1080 let's say. You can't see them unless you take the disc, face the shiny face to you and the label face to a lamp or source of light... Then you see them.
My Soul Calibur disc's case is the most alarming (aesthetically talking as it works fine all times) it has like I would say 200 little holes.
Why is this? Is it factory labeling? Age sometimes? Devil May Cry 4 disc I got like around a month, very recently... Just to mention I keep all my games in SLAPPA Hardcase DVD thingy because they are lots and I have no space for cases anymore... I don't think that keeping them in that thing would do that to them, would it?
