Blu Ray certificate Issue?

Hello all. I am currently using an LG GGW-H20L (YL05 FW) burner to author my blu ray backups. I've never had any issues -always used INFOMEDIA20 BD25 discs. I got a great deal on new discs from a friend (4x BD25, INFOMEDIA30, INFOMER30) he gave me 200 of them for some quick cash. However they are not compatible with LG YL05 FW. So like a jerk I decided to shell out for a burner that was compatible (using chart found on internet) and decided to go with Pioneer BDR-205 (1.08 FW, supports INFOME30 4x BD25 discs). The discs burn fine using 2x or 4x, no errors, but they do not play on 3 different standalone players or PS3. So I decided to try a disc that has ALWAYS worked on everything using the LG drive, the 2x INFOMEDIA20, they burn fine with the Pioneer, but again will not show up/play on any of my standalones or PS3. Just for kicks, i tried again with the 2x using the older LG drive, thinking that it might be the software or movie backup, but it plays fine on all players! Can anyone help? It is greatly appreciated! P.S I am using BD Rebuilder and IMG burn (Anydvd to create the backup image).
