BluRay sound via M|M drive to HDMI TV

I don't have any sound when I playback certain BluRay 720p or 1080p titles (Alice in Wonderland, Avatar, and Wanted) on my LaCie multimedia hard drive. All of my other BluRay movies playback perfectly. I store hundreds of downloaded media files on my LaCie 1TB HD external multimedia hard and use it to playback on any flat screen via HDMI or Component cables anywhere. It is probably the most versatile piece of equipment on the market which is the reason I moved completely away from burning CD\DVD's.
