Converting BR ISO Files (or Disks) to any media file???

I have created a series of video files in Adobe Encore to use as a display in my office. Encore will burn a BluRay disk (I am using 1920x1080 resolution) and the BR will play in my BR player just fine. However I would like to convert it to a digital media format (mpeg, avi, or what ever) so I can play it in a digital media player on a loop.

Are there any programs that will covert a BR disk or a bluray ISO to a digital media file? I would like to retain the resolution if possible.

I have been searching for hours and tried FairUse but it appears to only work on DVD.
