I have been searching for a solution to find out a blu-ray disc's region.
I was referred to "DVD Identifier", but i'm having the below two problems. Appreciate anything that you can suggest!
1. when i insert an original blu-ray disc, i get the below error message:
[11:30:46] Blu-ray Medium Detected. Starting Identification...
[11:30:46] ** Initiating PIC Retrieval
[11:30:46] PIC Read Completed Without Errors
[11:30:46] ERROR : Unsupported Blu-ray Disc Detected
[11:30:46] Disc Identification Did Not Complete Successfully
2. When i insert an backup copy, i'm not sure which line of info indicates region.
I'm guessing the "Media Type ID" should stand for region, what does [IMe] stand for? is it region A, B, C or region free? please refer to below info that i copied from DVD indentifier:
