Fixing the resolution on mkv?

What is the fastest way to fix the resolution on mkv files? Some of mine are 1920x816 and they need to be 1920 x 1080p in order to look right when I convert to bluray. I have tried multiavchd and uncropmkv. Both programs are taking over 8 hours to fix one movie and its just too long. Are their any faster options?
