is there a program to rip parts of the m2ts just like ifo mode on dvd decrypter

umm first of all would be nice to know what format your want to rip it to? Avi, MPEG, MKT.

its an anime blu-ray want to each show want to do it with out re-encoding it well maybe just encode the audio on it then i going to put it on my ps3 to watch its only 2 shows on a blu-ray disc and also want to put them all on one blu-ray disc i know how to do that without re-encoding it

Either Nero 9 or Cyberlink Media Suite 8 will do the trick. I don't know of a free app that would help, however someone else may.
