How Do I Upload 'stand alone' Blu Ray disc to hardrive?

Hi, I'm new here and a bit of a novice when it comes to all things technical .....

I have a 'stand-alone' Panasonic Blu-Ray recorder which alows me to burn to disc any HD material from its internal hard drive onto a blue ray disc.

That is all well and good . . . and even I have manage to master that :-)

However I would like to upload these discs to my PC hard drive, but cant seem to find any software that enables me to do this.

I can rip manufactured blu ray discs using DVDFAB etc and upload these, but I seem not to be able to do so with any discs recorded via the Panasonic.

I'd be most grateful of any help - thank you
