hello im looking for a bluray program to burn exact copies
I guess you need larger discs, or you need to compress the material(which means you cannot make an exact copy).
You can use BD Rebuilder to compress your rips:

Why don't you take 2 minutes to read that guide?...you'd see that you need to have the BDMV folder and the CERTIFICATE folder.
If you are referring to extra features, other audio streams, foreign languages... that's your preference,in order to remove any of that stuff you need to use BD Rebuilder.

If your Movie has .m2ts in the Stream sub folder, you might try tsMuxerGUI.exe to remove any unwanted Language and Subs

Has the blank Blu-ray disk lowered in price yet? Last I knew it was cheaper to buy the blu-ray then to purchase the blank media to burn it too.

I've heard they don't have a shelf life,And sometimes they burn bad. My thoughts are on Dbbl Layer Disc, MUCH MORE Reliable and proven. Same with 4.37 Disc, which I've burned a few and came out very good. Hard to tell the difference to a true Blu-ray
Same with 720p against 1080p, I find it very hard to see a defference on my 47" TV , WHICH IS A 1080P
