Need help....strange MKV file version

I have a strange mkv file and need help,
The video has german and english audio but the weird thing is that german is built inside mkv while english is a single audio file only.
Its called "Eng.ac3"
How can I play the video with english audio?
I have Popcorn hour but I cant imagine that will play this....im on vacation at the moment.

Use MKVmerge, load the original MKV, de-select the German audio, load the Eng audio and remux to MKV... done.
