Hi,
I just purchased a blu ray player PS3, and a LG Blu ray drive for may computer. I ordered 50GB DL blank disks. I have read some of the treads regarding backing up Blu ray movies, but I don't want to shrink them. I use DVDFab 7 to store on external Hard drive.
When I recieve my blank media do I just copy the files DVDFab created and burn them to the Blu ray media?

You dont have to copy the files DvDFab created. Just use imgburn point it to the folder that DvDFab created and under option setup to burn udf 2.50 format and your set to go.

Hi13echo4,
Thanks for the response, I haven't recieved my blank Blu rays disks yet...slow mail...
I have Nero 10 installed on my system it has a feature to burn image files will that work?
When I used DVDFab7 I used it to decrypt the movies to Hard drive and it gave me a folder containing a bunch of sub-folders not an img file.so I run 'Imgburn' and create an 'img' of the DVD?

Jim I'm still on nero7 I dont know whats wrapped in nero10. In nero6 you could burn files to disc and in nero7 you use nero vision. I use IMGBURN and select write files/folders to disc. Then you dont have to create a ISO 1st. Saves time. So if you where using IMGBURN or nero vision you will inport your folder that DvDFab created. On nero7 vision is going to take a while to inport the video. Thats why I use IMGBURN. Then select "Burn". Try IMGBURN its free and a very easy straight forward GUI. While you are waiting on the "SLOOW MAIL" you can Burn a few to HDD or to a DvD to try the burning roms out. Of course your going to have to compress the video but... then thats what testing is all about. You could use TSMUXER and cut clip and burn it to where ever for practice if you dont really want to play w/ such large file streams.
