Plz help me figure out whats wrong with BD on my ps3.

My referbed playstation is reading disks intermitendly. It will if left unused for a period of time play a game for 15 minutes or so. Then freeze up and give me a little issue getting the disk out but i usually does either after i turn it off and then back on or if i hold the eject button done for a few. After the freeze it will sometimes not regognize the disk on the xmb or it will not allow me to get a game started and freeze loading the game. Specific example is I can play demon souls through the tutorial but when i try to load to a new area it freezes on a black screen. This is what i've been experiencing up till to day and after talking to sony techs i thought it was the lens.



So i bought a lens from a 3rd party repair place that they said worked fine. I put it in and it read the disk fine i started up Demon Souls and it did the same thing except this time instead of a black screen i got the load screen and the loading graphic but nothing more. Took the drive apart agian and put my old lens back in and something happened and the disk just spun in the drive and wouldn't read on the xmb and it wouldn't spit the game out so i took it apart again. Got the disk out and fiddled with the blu ray lens armatur thinking something was out of alingment put it back together half way just enough to get the drive to work, and i was able to play through the whole tutorial of demon souls about three loads and into the next cienimatic. The drive was reading fine. So i tried MW2 and it gave me the disk read eorror after i DL the update and then wouldn't load the disk just went to a black screen and gives me trouble getting the disk out.



The game at the repair shop wasn't very helpfull just said it sounds like a hardware issue but it could be any number of things well i would really like to know what so i can try and fix it before i buy a new one.



DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS????
