Problem with DVDfab and HD Audio

Ive used DVDfab to successfully backup a blu-ray (Amedeus). I used Mediainfo to verify that the audio stream is indeed Dolby Tru-HD. When I play the file in Total Media Theater3 I can only get Dolby Digital, not True-HD. If I pop in the Blu-ray and play it in TMT3 I get True-HD.

Am I missing a step somewhere? I basically want to backup the movie only and preserve the HD audio stream with it to keep on my Media center.

Im using Vista Media center
Total Media Theater3
Xonar HDAV 1.3 Soundcard via HDMI
