SHARP BD-HP20 Player component setup

Guys, i need to set SHARP BD-HP20 Player s on my Panasonic Plasma TH-42pw4 by COMPONENT cables.
I have no HDMI, so only choice got is Component but it doesn't shows image(black screen) Audio works, i had my PS3 seted on this component without any problems.(Cable is also tested). Changed cables by color but nothing.
Tested by 3 way(2 audio+ Video) connection and it works, all DVD's and BL's.
I don't know how to test more and what to blame, any help ?
Could be BR Player problem itself ?
