Trying to rip bluray with dvdfab and have sync problems.

I have used Dvdfab bluray to dvd software and i get great video quality but the audio is out of sync and it wont play on PS3 but it will play on my new Sony 400 disc changer.
Looking for an easy way to drop in a Bluray movie and convert to dvd-R D5.
Does anyone have a simple way to get this all to work?
