How do i pick up DTV channels with a QAM/ATSC Television?

I have a samsung T240HD, and i looked up its specs and saw that it has an ATSC and QAM tuner. I have it connected at my University and they have a cable line. Shouldn't i be able to pick up HD for local channels(ABC,NBC, CBS, FOX)?
