lcd pixelation problem

I have a ns-lcd42hd that has green red and blue pixels all over the screen. The problem gets better or worse depending on what you are watching. The previous owner had the same issue and i have tried multiple inputs with no success. Hope someone might have some insight into what would cause this. Thanks in advance.
