Sky HD cable needing to extend, what do I need?

We recently got Sky HD installed in to the flat, but now we want move the TV point in the flat.
I begrudge paying Sky to come out and do the work required. So planning to do it myself.

I notice there is two cables coming in to the flat. Are these both standard coax cable just?

I have a reel of black PF1000 coax cable and was wondering am I simply able to connect this to both SKY cables to extend it round the flat? Will this impair the HD quality?
