SyncMaster P2250 VGA image problem?

I have a SyncMaster P2250 and I noticed when playing Xbox through VGA I got this weird visual problem:

You can see it clearly with characters, the letters look like they repeat to the right in very light black and white. It also happens with cross hairs like in Portal, it's kind of in colour:

Tried Portal on my PC which is hooked using DVI on the same monitor and I don't get the issue:
