I have a Nokia 9300 communicator, I need to transfer the data to a Blackberry.

How do I copy the contacts data from my Nokia to my PC in a format that can be understood by the Blackberry? I've tried using Outlook, but maybe didn't do it right.

Note that the fields used in the Nokia vary between contacts... some contacts have a lot of notes, others have many phone numbers (for example)
